Kamdars Care

Founded in 2015, Kamdars Care was established with a vision to transform rural India through innovation, technology, and sustainable agricultural development. As a progressive group of companies, we design and deliver advanced robotics and mechanized machinery for industries as well as integrated agricultural solutions that reduce manpower dependency while significantly improving productivity and operational efficiency across farming and allied sectors.

Over the years, Kamdars Care has proudly supported more than one lakh farmers across India. We work closely with Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), Fish Farmer Producer Organizations (FFPOs), Fishery Cooperative Societies, and Self-Help Groups (SHGs), helping them build strong institutional frameworks, enhance income opportunities, and gain access to structured and competitive markets. We collaborate with leading national institutions such as the Small Farmers’ Agribusiness Consortium (SFAC), National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation of India Ltd (NAFED), National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD), and National Cooperative Consumers’ Federation of India Ltd (NCCF). Acting as a Cluster-Based Business Organization (CBBO) in association with SFAC and NAFED, we have successfully promoted FPOs, FFPOs, and Fishery Cooperative Societies across four states and 31 districts, building strong farmer networks with improved access to finance, modern technology, and reliable market linkages.

Our research-driven subsidiary, Kamdars Agro R & D Pvt. Ltd., is recognized under the Startup India initiative, reflecting our commitment to innovation and scientific agricultural advancement. We are also registered under MP Agro, enabling farmers to access government-supported subsidies for pond construction and advanced water management systems. Water sustainability is a core pillar of our work. We develop scientifically designed artificial ponds that address irrigation challenges, increase crop yields, and create additional income through fisheries—offering farmers a sustainable dual-income model. Beyond water management, we operate across seed farming, dairy development, fisheries, organic and contract farming, value-added agricultural products, and agricultural trade. We provide complete end-to-end support through capacity building, technical guidance, and structured market linkages. Empowering rural communities—especially women—is central to our mission. By strengthening Self-Help Groups and enabling financial independence through skill development and improved access to resources and markets, we promote inclusive and equitable growth. We are equally committed to environmental sustainability, encouraging eco-friendly farming practices and participating in carbon credit initiatives to build a responsible and future-ready agricultural ecosystem.

Kamdars Care operates across multiple sectors, including agriculture, seed farming, dairy production, goat breeding, fisheries, value-added agricultural products, agricultural import/export, organic farming, contract farming, grass farming, non-timber forest products (NTFP), and sustainable livelihood practices.
