The Financial Support Program for Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), facilitated by Kamdars Care, is focused on enhancing the economic strength and sustainability of farmer collectives. By bridging critical financial gaps, the program empowers FPOs to thrive as commercially viable entities and strengthen rural livelihoods.

Kamdars Care supports FPOs in accessing multiple forms of financial assistance:

Credit Guarantee Facility: To ease access to formal credit, Kamdars Care assists FPOs in availing loans under credit guarantee schemes, reducing dependency on collateral.
Startup and Infrastructure Support: Kamdars Care helps FPOs secure grants and subsidies for creating essential infrastructure such as warehouses, cold storage, grading units, and processing facilities, vital for post-harvest management and value addition.
Working Capital and Input Supply: Soft loans and revolving funds are facilitated to support input procurement, aggregation, and marketing activities.
Capacity Building and Compliance: Financial support extends to training in bookkeeping, governance, and business planning, strengthening the internal systems of FPOs.

Implemented in collaboration with NABARD, SFAC, and government schemes, this program enables FPOs nurtured by Kamdars Care to become self-sufficient, market-ready, and resilient. By removing financial bottlenecks, Kamdars Care is helping transform grassroots collectives into strong agri-business entities that directly benefit their farmer members.

Kamdars Care has established a credit linkage program with ‘SAMUNNATI FINANCE’, a leading financial institution dedicated to serving the agricultural sector. Through this program, we help rural farmers obtain low-cost loans for various purposes.

At the core of Kamdars Care’s operations is a dedicated team of more than 25 technical experts specializing in fields such as agriculture, dairy management, livestock health, financial services, market linkages, and technology. These experts provide continuous training and support to farmers, ensuring they adopt modern, efficient, and sustainable practices.

Financial Literacy Training: Recognizing the critical role of women in rural economics, Kamdars Care has empowered thousands of rural women and farmers to build sustainable livelihoods by providing them the required resources, training, market access, and financial support needed to succeed in agriculture, dairy farming, and value-added product processing.

We teach them the basic knowledge to recognize and prevent financial fraud, protecting their hard-earned money.
