CBBO (Cluster-Based Business Organization)
Kamdars Care Group Company is a recognized Cluster-Based Business Organization (CBBO) under the 10,000 FPO Scheme. We work closely with farmer groups to promote, nurture, and strengthen Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), Farmer Producer Companies Limited, FFPOs, and Cooperative Societies, enabling them to grow into sustainable, professionally managed, and market-oriented institutions.
We are empanelled with SFAC and NAFED, which allows us to provide structured, credible, and long-term institutional support to farmer organizations.
Our Role as a CBBO
- Promotion and formation of FPOs, FFPOs, and Cooperative Societies
- Support to FPOs, FFPOs, and Cooperative Societies in meeting management costs required to run FPO operations
- Assistance in accessing Equity Grant support, enabling FPOs to strengthen their capital base and undertake business activities using equity grant funds
- Assistance in obtaining statutory licenses, registrations, and regulatory compliances
- Facilitation of financial support and credit linkages with banks and financial institutions
- Business planning and advisory services to increase members’ income
- Ensuring access to quality seeds and agricultural inputs at affordable prices
- Development of strong market linkages for better price realization of farmers’ produce
Output-Based Business Model
As part of our CBBO mandate, Kamdars Care is transitioning promoted FPOs into output-based business models. This approach enables FPO members to move beyond primary production and actively participate in agribusiness and value-chain activities.
In several FPOs, members have installed processing machinery, allowing them to process their own produce, sell value-added products, and market by-products effectively. This model helps farmers move up the value chain, improve profitability, and achieve sustainable and long-term income growth.

Sharing How to raise? : After getting the right fish, you should know how to raise them properly. In the fourth step, we teach you everything you need to know about fish farming, from feeding them to keeping them healthy.
Connecting you with buyers: On the very last step, we help you find the right market and connect you with buyers, ensuring that you earn a profitable and sustainable income from your fish farming.
